Alfred Welink

Alfred is a serial entrepreneur and used to be chairman of VNO-NCW. He recently decided he wanted to spend more time with his family but travels around the world two times a year to see what happens in the entrepreneurial field of other continents. We asked Alfred for the jury because he has been an investor for many years now and knows what it takes for startups to be successful. What he thinks is most important? Attitude, behaviour and teamwork. “Be enthusiastic. Take people with you in your dream and only give up if you are on a dead end or doing damage to others.
